TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STANDARD MEMBERSHIP

You must complete an application form on your first visit together with a photo ID and utility bill as proof of address

If you cannot pay by phone, then please print off an application form and bring this with you on your first visit

You must agree to sign a copy of these terms & conditions when collecting your membership on your first visit 

You must be 18 or over and agree that you are not offended by nudity or graphic sexual conduct between consenting adults, whether Lesbian, Bi-sexual, Homosexual or straight or any combination of the LGBT community

You must agree to be bound in terms of both confidentiality and discretion regarding all activities witnessed or perceived to be occurring at any event you may wish to attend

All new members picking up their membership cards will be required to bring photo ID such as a drivers license or passport and a utility bill on their first visit. All persons joining via the website must also bring ID with them on their first visit to Tom's

Members must bring their membership card with them on all visits to the premises. ID will be checked each and every time you enter Tom's

Each new member will be required to read and sign a set of terms and condition before entry to the bar and club 

We will verify all identity so please ensure that the information you give is correct otherwise you will be refused entry 

All guests will be asked to provide proof of identity and sign a set of terms and conditions 

Camera's of any kind will not be allowed on the premises. Anyone found to be using a phone camera or other recording device will be barred

We operate a zero tolerance drug policy within the bar and club premises. Respect our license or don't bother joining 

The owners and management of this club reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason

The use of cctv is used throughout the building including the basement, the information is NEVER passed on to any third party. This is for your protection and safety. Images are held for 28 days. This CCTV system will record all activies in the basement area, and if the police want a copy of the footage, this will require prior written approval from a police officer holding the rank of Inspector or above. (This is for your own personal Health & Safety).

RULES

Keep a safe distance from any scene if you are not invited to join in 

Do not stand or sit to close to others or follow them around the bar and club if you have not been invited to or been given permission 

Do not touch the staff . They do not play whilst on duty 

Be respectful at all times 

Dispose of tissues, condoms and wipes in the bins provided. Do not dispose of these items anywhere outside of the premises 

Tom's promotes safe sex at all times. Please use the condoms and lube provided 

No cameras or recording devices may be used inside Tom's Club 

Official photographers must wear a badge and will ask permission before taking a photograph of you, which you have the right to refuse

Confidentiality will be respected at all times 

No drugs are allowed inside the premises. Anyone found to have drugs on their person will have their membership cancelled without refund, asked to leave and the incident reported to the police

No valuables should be left in the lockers as Tom's cannot be held responsible for their loss within the premises 

Membership ID must be produced every visit. Membership is strictly non-transferable 

DATA PROTECTION

Tom's ensures it will act in compliance with the Data Protection Act (1988) and any subsequent legislation in regard to all personal data kept about it's members. We confirm that your personal details will never be passed to any third party

We take your privacy very seriously. Should you wish to be known by any name other than your own.. on Membership cards etc..., please inform us and we will ensure this is done. However proof of who you are will still be needed in order to collect a membership card in a different name. Please contact us by email before joining

We may send regular e-mails regarding club updates. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive these 

Our rules are for the benefit of those wishing to join an adult bar and club. Respecting them will ensure Tom's remains open for all to enjoy

Tom's is a safe environment for liberated people wishing to indulge a passion for fetish or role play. We have created a space where people can express themselves in their own way and have fun in a safe and respectful environment. It is a private members club for over 18's who are open minded, believe in freedom of expression and have respect for those choosing many other differing forms of sexuality. Please feel free to give us your feedback on what we need to improve

AND FINALLY

It has taken a long time for a club like Tom's be be brought in to existence and every effort has been made by the owners and management to ensure we will not be shut down by legal means. However, we do need your co-operation by having respect for our neighbours by leaving the premises quietly. Anyone found to be a noise nuisance when entering or leaving the bar will have their membership cancelled without refund
